The Charter of Freedom, Liberty and Human Rights
Above All There Must Remain Freedom
1. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain the highest level of Freedom and Human Rights for all individuals without exception.
2. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain the freedom of thought, speech and personal expression so long as it is done so in such manner that does not infringe upon another individual’s Freedom.
3. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain the beauty and fertility of our most precious Mother Earth and must remain a priority over the advancement of technology and industry.
4. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a documented freedom for all individuals to protect themselves as well as their loved ones with force from others who are attempting to impose harm upon such individuals.
5. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain freedom by force from tyrannical and cynical government and if such government shall arise society shall maintain the right to oppose such government through means of force.
6. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; Murder, theft, vandalism and violent actions towards others without reason shall not be tolerated. Punishment shall fit the crime and shall be swift.
7. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; All individuals have the right to engage in free market and barter.
8. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; All individuals have the right to protect, with force, personal private property from unlawful theft, seizure and/or vandalism.
9. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; All currency and moneys must be backed by precious items of value such as precious metals, gems etc. Under no circumstances shall legal tender be supported by the mere good faith of the people.
10. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; Any tax imposed upon the people shall be for required purposes only and such tax shall be flat showing no favor for any particular class of individuals. Frivolous tax and non required tax shall be abolished. No government shall strive to profit from their citizens.
11. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; All individuals maintain the right and freedom to peacefully assemble so long as such assemblage does not infringe upon another’s freedom or rights.
12. It shall be understood that mankind is obligated to maintain a social document of law that states; Under no circumstances shall laws and regulations be imposed upon the people for the mere reason of generating revenue, all governments shall function within the limitations of the taxes generated and shall not run a monetary deficit for a prolonged period of time. All efforts shall be made to extinguish and pay off any deficit that the local, county, state, or national government may accrue.
